“Without A Vision!” Proverbs 29:18; Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. (Simply speaking, where there is no word, there is no boundaries.) The vision the text is talking about is not what you have made it, by what you know. But, instead the absence of a revealed word. Where there is no preached communicated word. Absence of biblical preaching, this is different from just preaching. You hear that on the television or radio. Absence of revelation, prophetic utterances.
