*2 Corinthians 4:7; But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. (We don’t have to be the church world; 2 Timothy 3:1; This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. v2; For men shall be lovers of their own selves; v4; Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; v5; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.) *Romans 9:6; Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel. “ISRAEL?” Jeremiah 17:5; Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. “ISRAEL WHERE YE AT?” 1 Peter 4:6; For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. Acts 5:27; And the high priest asked them, v28; Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us. “ISRAEL WHERE YE AT?” v29; Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men. “ISRAEL?” 2 Corinthians 6:16; And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. “ISRAEL WHERE YE AT?” v17; Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. “ISRAEL WHERE YE AT?” Philippians 4:5; Let your moderation be known unto all men. “QUIET PLEASE!” Zechariah 2:13; Be silent, O all flesh, before the Lord: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation. Acts 5:38; And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: v39; But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God. Isaiah 59:19; When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him. “QUIET PLEASE!” Job 22:21; Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee. “QUIET PLEASE!” Psalm 68:1; Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. 1 Samuel 30:6; And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God. v8; And David enquired at the Lord, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all. 1 Corinthians 2:2; For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. “QUIET PLEASE!” 1 John 4:4; Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. “QUIET PLEASE!” 1 Corinthians 15:31; I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily. “QUIET PLEASE!” Teaching! “THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS, YOU JUST GOT AN INVITATION!” (The battle;) Ephesians 6:12; For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. “THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS, YOU JUST GOT AN INVITATION!” (The invitation;) Titus 2:11; For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, v12; Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world. “THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS, YOU JUST GOT AN INVITATION!” Judges 7:2; And the Lord said unto Gideon, The people that are with thee are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hands, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, Mine own hand hath saved me. (This a prime example of ask amiss; James 4:3; Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.) “THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS, YOU JUST GOT AN INVITATION!” Judges 7:3; Now therefore go to, proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, Whosoever is fearful and afraid, let him return and depart early from mount Gilead. (James 2:20; But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? “THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS, YOU JUST GOT AN INVITATION!” Judges 7:5; So he brought down the people unto the water: and the Lord said unto Gideon, Every one that lappeth of the water with his tongue, as a dog lappeth, him shalt thou set by himself; likewise every one that boweth down upon his knees to drink. v7; And the Lord said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the other people go every man unto his place. (Lapped is a relying; Ephesians 2:8; For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: v9; Not of works, lest any man should boast.) “THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS, YOU JUST GOT AN INVITATION!” 2 Chronicles 20:17; Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you. “Don’t Just Come To Hear About, But Come To Be About!” James 1:22; But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. Mark 4:18; And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, v19; And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful. James 1:23; For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass. v24; For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. Luke 15:13; And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living. “Don’t Just Come To Hear About, But Come To Be About!” James 1:25; But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. Mark 4:24; And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given. v25; For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath. John 1:36; And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God! v37; And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus. v38; Then Jesus turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, What seek ye? They said unto him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master,) where dwellest thou? v39; He saith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where he dwelt, and abode with him that day. “Don’t Just Come To Hear About, But Come To Be About!” v41; He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:17; Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. John 1:42; And he brought him to Jesus. And when Jesus beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone. “Don’t Just Come To Hear About, But Come To Be About!” 2 Corinthians 4:10; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. “Don’t Just Come To Hear About, But Come To Be About!” What A Teaching! (BECAUSE OF THE DECEPTION IN THE SLACK. IF YOU’RE COMING TO THE LORD, YOU NEED TO KNOW THE STRAIGHT TRUTH ABOUT IT!) Now the word for today. The Church World, “Has A Problem With “DECEPTION IN THE SLACK, YOU NEED TO KNOW THE STRAIGHT TRUTH!” 1 Kings 13:1; And, behold, there came a man of God out of Judah by the word of the Lord unto Beth-el: and Jeroboam stood by the altar to burn incense. Connection; John 6:57; As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. “DECEPTION IN THE SLACK, YOU NEED TO KNOW THE STRAIGHT TRUTH!” 1 Kings 13:4; And it came to pass, when king Jeroboam heard the saying of the man of God, which had cried against the altar in Beth-el, that he put forth his hand from the altar, saying, Lay hold on him. And his hand, which he put forth against him, dried up, so that he could not pull it in again to him. Connection; Ephesians 3:20; Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. “DECEPTION IN THE SLACK, YOU NEED TO KNOW THE STRAIGHT TRUTH!” 1 Kings 13:6; And the king answered and said unto the man of God, Intreat now the face of the Lord thy God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again. And the man of God besought the Lord, and the king’s hand was restored him again, and became as it was before. v7; And the king said unto the man of God, Come home with me, and refresh thyself, and I will give thee a reward. Connection; 1 Peter 2:15; For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men. “DECEPTION IN THE SLACK, YOU NEED TO KNOW THE STRAIGHT TRUTH!” 1 Kings 13:8; And the man of God said unto the king, If thou wilt give me half thine house, I will not go in with thee, neither will I eat bread nor drink water in this place. Connection; Matthew 26:41; Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. 1 Kings 13:9; For so was it charged me by the word of the Lord, saying, Eat no bread, nor drink water, nor turn again by the same way that thou camest. Connection; Galatians 3:3; Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? “DECEPTION IN THE SLACK, YOU NEED TO KNOW THE STRAIGHT TRUTH!” 1 Kings 13:10; So he went another way, and returned not by the way that he came to Beth-el. Connection; Proverbs 10:4; He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. “DECEPTION IN THE SLACK, YOU NEED TO KNOW THE STRAIGHT TRUTH!” 2 Peter 3:9; The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Galatians 6:9; And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. “DECEPTION IN THE SLACK, YOU NEED TO KNOW THE STRAIGHT TRUTH!” Teaching! Overseer/Apostle

1 Peter 2:11; Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul. “I Out Lasted Myself!” Luke 15:13; And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living. (He wasted what Jesus came to give, in a worldly life. John 10:10; The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.) Luke 15:14; And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want. (In the church today, there is a continuation to coming to the Lord out of want because of the flesh. James 4:3; Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.) “I Out Lasted Myself!” Luke 15:17; And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! (Church you have to know how to do hunger and not let hunger. Do hunger; Matthew 5:6; Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Let hunger; 1 John 2:16; For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.) “I Out Lasted Myself!” Luke 15:18; I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, v19; And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. (To take this extreme measure, church world would say that’s too much. When in contrast all you’re doing is getting back into the process. 1 Corinthians 7:21; Art thou called being a servant? care not for it: but if thou mayest be made free, use it rather. “I Out Lasted Myself!” 2 Corinthians 13:5; Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates. “I Out Lasted Myself!” Great Teaching! Overseer/Apostle

“Without Excuses!” Philippians 3:12; Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. (Now in substance, Paul is placing himself in a process.) v13; Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended; but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before. (And doing it without excuses.) Ephesians 4:27; Neither give place to the devil. 1 Corinthians 9:27; But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. James 4:8; Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. (In doing the above things, you avoid excuses, and stay in the process.) Philippians 3:14; I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. “Without Excuses!”1 Samuel 13:11; And Samuel said, What hast thou done? And Saul said, Because I saw that the people were scattered from me, and that thou camest not within the days appointed, and that the Philistines gathered themselves together at Michmash; v12; Therefore said I, The Philistines will come down now upon me to Gilgal, and I have not made supplication unto the Lord: I forced myself therefore, and offered a burnt offering. v13; And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly. Hebrews 12:14; Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. “Without Excuses!” 1 Corinthians 10:13; There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; But will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. (So) Galatians 6:9; And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. “Without Excuses!” Teaching! Overseer/Apostle

My brothers and sisters is there Any Virtue, with the church anymore? “Any Virtue?” How has it lost its characteristic preserving virtue. Prodigal son; Luke 15:13; And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living. Galatians 4:9; But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage? How has it lost its characteristic preserving virtue? Luke 10:40; But Martha was cumbered about much serving. v41; And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things. Galatians 3:3; Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? “Any Virtue?” Characteristic preserving virtue! Luke 8:35; Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid. Prodigal son; Luke 15:17; And when he came to himself. v20; And he arose, and came to his father. Luke 10:39; And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word. v42; But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. “Any Virtue?” Galatians 5:13; For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh. Romans 13:14; But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof. “Any Virtue?” A conformity to a standard of right. “Any Virtue?” Teaching! “BEHAVIOR!” I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for behavior. It was bad behavior that caused Adam and Eve the garden. Genesis 3:7; And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. v8; And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden. Isaiah 29:15; Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the Lord, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us? Genesis 3:10; And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. v11; And he said, Who told thee thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? 1 Thessalonians 4:4; That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour; v5; Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God. “BEHAVIOR!” It was good behavior that got years added to Hezekiah life. 2 Kings 18:6; For he clave to the Lord, and departed not from following him, but kept his commandments, which the Lord commanded Moses. 1 Corinthians 2:2; For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. His behavior denied himself; 2 Chronicles 31:1; Now when all this was finished, all Israel that were present went out to the cities of Judah, and brake the images in pieces, and cut down the groves, and threw down the high places and the altars out of all Judah, until they had utterly destroyed them all. 2 Corinthians 7:1; Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. That behavior got him life; Isaiah 38:3; And said, Remember now, O Lord, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. v5; I will add unto thy days fifteen years. John 11:25; Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. “BEHAVIOR!” The word of God is full of good behavior and bad. But there is one that stands out to me. 1 Samuel 18:14; And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the Lord was with him. v15; Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was afraid of him. Romans 8:37; Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. “BEHAVIOR!” Mark 10:18; And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. 1 Peter 1:15; But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation. That’s Good Behavior! “BEHAVIOR!” Teaching! Overseer/Apostle

“The Lord Knows My Heart!” A common saying by your average believers. “The Lord Knows My Heart!” Isaiah 29:13; Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men. “The Lord Knows My Heart!” Which Is It? Out Of Ignorance? Matthew 26:33; Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of thee, yet will I never be offended. v34; Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. v35; Peter said unto him, Though I should die with thee, yet will I not deny thee. Likewise also said all the disciples. “The Lord Knows My Heart!” v57; And they that had (laid hold on Jesus led away him) to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled. v58; But Peter followed him afar off unto the high priest’s palace, and went in, and sat with the servants, to see the end. v73; And after a while came unto him they that stood by, and said to Peter, Surely thou also art one of them; for thy speech bewrayeth thee. v74; The began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew. Jeremiah 17:9; The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? v10; I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. “The Lord Knows My Heart!” Out Of Rejection? John 6:57; As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. v60; Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it? Hosea 4:6; My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee. “The Lord Knows My Heart!” Isaiah 29:15; Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the Lord, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? And who knoweth us? “The Lord Knows My Heart!” Out Of Sincerity? Revelation 3:8; I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. Philippians 2:12; Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. v13; For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. “The Lord Knows My Heart!” Which Is It?
